We were first-time buyers and had NO idea where to start the home-buying process when friend recommended we contact Robert and his team at Chay Realty to get us headed in the right direction. With the knowledge that we were on a short timeline in which to find our house and get the ball rolling, Robert worked closely with us showing us a slew of houses that fit our needs even before we met him in person. With these options in hand, Robert took us on a whirl-wind tour of the houses we really liked and within two days, we had found our house! Robert had his team worked out the home inspection and got us set up with a mortgage broker and a lawyer to get the paperwork settled right away.
